- Installations are carried out during office hours (Mon to Fri 09:00 to 18:00)
- An installation charge will be incurred for installtion after office hours or at an unscheduled date
- Customer's other own application / software other than the above , will not be supported unless arranged separately and chargeable

- The prices quoted remain valid for 7 days from date of proposal

- COD unless agreed otherwise. Cheques should be crossed and made payable to "OAK systems pte ltd"

- The equipment offered is available ex-stock but may be subject to prior rental commitment. We suggest that you check with us
- You should check the stock availability with us at least 2 days in advance before confirming any order or replacements on the same day with minimum 2 hours response time during office hours.

- One day in advance for rented equipments that require set up - eg : PCs , notebooks , servers , copier , printer , scanner.
- A delivery charge will be incurred for delivery after office hours or last minute notification (min 4 hours)

- Any lost or damages to the rental equipments, eg : transfer of rental equipments, negligience, wilful act, etc, your company will be responsible for it. OAK systems shall not be responsible or liable for any insurance coverage for the rental equipments and the Customer shall take up it's own insurance policies to cover suck risks as it deems fit

- 100% of total invoice value shall be charged
- Should you require to return the rental equipment before the agreed rental period, 50% cancellation fee will be incurred

- Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not included in the above charges unless otherwise stated
