1. Where can I rent an IT Equiptments?  
  You can rent our IT equipments under the product section. Just click on the Products link at the left side panel, and select the equipment you need. For payment mode, you may pay using cheque or cash. That's it!  
     
   2. How soon can I get the IT equipments that I rent?  
  We can ensure same day delivery! However, we would advise our customers to give us 2 days advance notice, so that we can arrange delivery of your IT equipments to you the day before you need it.  
     
   3. What is the rental period?  
  There is no specified rental period. We will deliver and collect the rent IT equipments according to your requirement and instructions.  
     
   4. Do you provide half day rental service?

   5. Any surcharge incur if the equipment is returned late?  
 

You are required to return all rent IT equipments on the next following day before 12pm. Otherwise, there will be a surcharge fee based on individual equipments you rent.

  
     
   6. What is the delivery charge?  
 

There is no delivery charges except on the following:

  • Sat, Sun & Public Holiday
  • After office hours (6pm)
  • Total rental fee below $350
  
     
   7. Can you deliver any locations in Singapore?  
 

Yes, we can! We can deliver the IT equipments anywhere in Singapore. Just specify the destination where you want the IT equipments to be delivered to when you are making the order.

  
     
   8. How do you deliver the IT equipments?  
 

All IT equipments will be delivered in carrying bags with all the necessary cables, power cords and etc.

  
     
   9. What if I have trouble setting up the IT equipment?  
 

Upon delivery, we will set up the IT equipments for you without any extra or hidden charges.

  
     
   10. Is technician provided in case of equipment failure?  
 

Prior to delivery, we make sure that each IT equipment is fully tested and checked. We take pride to provide the best and quality IT equipments to our customers.

   11. How do I return the rent IT equipment?  
 

When we deliver the IT equipments, we will confirm the date and time of collection with you. In the case when your event ends early, you can call us and we will pick it up from you asap.
